In July of 2012 the 32nd Annual Bailey Family Reunion will be hosted in the wonderful city of Baltimore, Maryland by Anderson Buie, Marjorie Anderson, Andrea Buie-Branam and Lolita Buie-Knight.

The great city of Baltimore, which is most commonly referred to as “Charm City, is known for its world-famous Maryland Crabs & Seafood. The city hosts the annual Preakness Stakes horse race. Baltimore is also known for its two great sports teams, in the American League the “Baltimore Orioles” for baseball and in the National Football League, the spectacular “Baltimore Ravens” football team.

A must see for many visitors to Baltimore, is its waterfront shopping and dining at the “Baltimore Inner Harbor”. The harbor is home to many tasty restaurants, unique shopping, famous museums, live entertainment, local pubs and taverns.

Baltimore includes many Art, Cultural and Historic Museums, the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, and the Reginal F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History.

Baltimore, boasts a very rich cultural history with the famous Fort McHenry - home of the American National Anthem, which was written during the War of 1812.
